AICastCraft collects the information needed to create and deliver personalized videos, including order instructions, customer and recipient names, email addresses, and an optional mobile number.
How information is used
Information is used to process orders, create requested videos, provide private delivery links, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only for transactional delivery notifications.
Service providers
AICastCraft uses service providers to host the application, process data, send email, and send text messages. Those providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services.
SMS privacy
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opting out of SMS does not affect email delivery.
AICastCraft sends one transactional delivery notification per completed order unless the customer requests another delivery attempt. Message frequency therefore varies with orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only as needed for delivery, security, legal obligations, and support. To request access or deletion, email tgloerstad@gmail.com.
