SMS Terms

AICastCraft offers an optional transactional text message when a customer's purchased video is ready. Email remains available whether or not a customer chooses SMS.

Consent

Customers opt in by entering a mobile number during checkout and selecting the unchecked SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. AICastCraft sends one delivery notification per completed order unless the customer requests another delivery attempt.

Message details

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with orders. Messages identify AICastCraft and contain a private link to the completed video.

Stopping messages and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Customers who opt out can still receive their delivery link by email.
